1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• Has never been blacklisted or banned from using yes8 services previously.

Yes8 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address from any member at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

The identity verification (KYC) process involves submitting valid identification documents such as MyKad, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current residential address. These documents are securely processed using 256-bit SSL encryption and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

3User Account

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the yes8 platform. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all accounts involved being suspended and account balances frozen while an investigation is conducted.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring that the registration information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
• Notifying yes8 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Yes8 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you forget your password, please use the password reset function provided within the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

10Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the yes8 support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.

Yes8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected through our monitoring systems.
